[Unzap] USB-Bootloader for unzap-advanced: UI RFC

Hi,

I have just finished the bootloader which will be installed on the
preprogrammed atmega168 microcontrollers for the unzap-advanced kits.

If no main program is installed, or buttons 1 and 4 are pressed for at
least 1 second during power-on, the bootloader is entered. When usb is
plugged in, it registers as a USBasp ISP programmer[1], and is
software-compatible with it. This means, all you need to program the main
application part and eeprom of the atmega168 is avrdude and libusb (which is
both included in WinAVR, AFAIR).

When the bootloader is running, the red led flashes on idle times and the
green led on usb activity. By pressing button 3 one can leave the
bootloader and start the main application.

What do you think of this user interface for upgrading the firmware?

Regards,
- fd0

PS: I found a tv-off code yesterday not included in the tv-b-gone database...
